DROP TLC is a member-owned mobility platform being developed and funded exclusively by registered drivers as co-owners.

All financial contributions made to DROP TLC are strictly for membership participation, equity ownership, and operational development of the company, in accordance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

DROP TLC is not a public investment scheme, does not promise or guarantee returns, and does not solicit funds from the general public.

Membership contributions do not constitute securities, investment contracts, or capital market instruments as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Participation is limited to individuals who voluntarily register and agree to be co-owners of the company under its governing documents.
